HI Steve I very much enjoyed my flight. Thinking about it afterwards, I would be inclined to put a thin piece of black tape where the string is supposed to sit. I found the string to be rather coarse as an instrument and the centre was only a guess. I also found the controls to be much lighter and requiring little input so I suspect I was over controlling. The control stick also will take some getting used to. I also found the low nose to be a bit strange. Amazing how you get used to a certain look and feel. Hopefully in the spring I can get a few flights in. Blues skies and lots of thermals, Harrie - Self Service
Tow pilots must pump their own gas. On this very hot day the tow plane fuel tanks were only partial filled to reduce weight, Nathalie had to fuel every three (3) flights. At least it is not a hand pump like a few years ago. (5Aug18) - Schweizer 2-33 Model

No flying today, the field was water logged and the ground to soft to support gliders rolling on one wheel. Come August when the field is dry and hard you will feel this rut when you roll over it. (15Jul17) - SAC Glider Instructor Course 2014
