See in the foreground the shadow of the canopy and yaw string...the string was pointing straight back...Carsten was flying a well coordinated turn in the thermal. (2Jun18) - Kemptville Down Below

HI Steve I very much enjoyed my flight. Thinking about it afterwards, I would be inclined to put a thin piece of black tape where the string is supposed to sit. I found the string to be rather coarse as an instrument and the centre was only a guess. I also found the controls to be much lighter and requiring little input so I suspect I was over controlling. The control stick also will take some getting used to. I also found the low nose to be a bit strange. Amazing how you get used to a certain look and feel. Hopefully in the spring I can get a few flights in. Blues skies and lots of thermals, Harrie - Gord Sprinting
It looks like Gord is running the 100m dash at this point in the launch. (1Sep18) - Release Check
First launch of the day a release check is done. Steve (pilot) in back seat is pulling the release knob and Gord is applying a load on the tow rope. (1Sep18) - Still Running the Wing
