![By happenstance I was looking for some old photos and came across these taken during an RVSS expedition to Sugarbush - Glen Lockhard was very keen on flying there so for several years the club took one of our club ships there, eg. C-FYAA (sgs1-26) or one of our 2-33's (ABE or RVS). Gatineau usually was there too and I think at this time Ulli had recently acquired his ASW20 and Doug Tetu still had his share in GINY... maybe he owned it outright or had a partner, I'm not sure. That day there were also 3 Slingsby Skylarks (2 from GGC and one [OZH] owned by RVSS-ers Chic Siliphant and James Bucknow). OZH was a Skylark4 with a 3 section all wood wing, the centre section was as heavy as a piano (it seemed!). I never experienced wave there but we had some lovely thermal days.
Cheers,
Dave
